<p>A benign non-capsulated soft tissue tumor formed of cavernous vascular spaces lined by mature endothelium and full of blood. These spaces are arranged in lobules and separated by fibrous stroma. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p><br></p>

<p>Hemorrhagic soft nodule measures 0.8x0.6x0.4 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Frontal swelling, , Excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Cavernous hemangioma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
