Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragments of decidualized endometrial stroma and hypersecretory endometrium formed of glands with pseudostratified lining by vacuolated columnar cells (Arias-Stella reaction). However, no evidence of chorionic villi, fetal membranes or other conception products. No evidence of tumors. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Normal vaginal delivery from 6 months with irregular vaginal bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 5x4x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine contents, D & C biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Decidual tissue & Arias-Stella reaction. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for tumors.</strong></li></ul>
