<p class="ql-align-justify">The cyst wall is composed predominantly of dense fibrocollagenous connective tissue intermixed with intersecting bundles of smooth muscle. The internal lining of the cyst appears largely attenuated or denuded, lacking a well-preserved, epithelial layer. The underlying stroma contains scattered small blood vessels and focal mild chronic inflammatory cells. There is no evidence of nuclear atypia, mitotic activity, necrosis, or malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cystic lesion attached to small bowel, suspected of mesenteric cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Intact cyst measured 6x5.5x5 cm, having smooth outer surface and filled with yellowish fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Small Bowel related cystic lesion, Excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Mesenteric cyst. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><h5 class="ql-align-justify"><br></h5>
