<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrial polyp and endometrium shows hyperplastic endometrial glands is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching and moderately cystic glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Cervix shows napothian cyst. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Uterine polyp.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received opened uterus measuring 7 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm, with a cervix measuring 2.5 cm. Upon sectioning, the uterine wall measured 1.3 cm in thickness, and the endometrium was 0.3 cm. With an endocervical polyp measuring 1.7 x 1.5 x 1.2 cm. Both right and left fallopian tubes are attached.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Total Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp.</strong></li><li><strong>Simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia.</strong></li><li><strong>Superficial adenomyosis.</strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cyst.</strong></li><li><strong>Unremarkable fallopian Tubes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia and malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
