Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign tumor formed of proliferating fibroblastic meningothelial cells with focal whorling. Cytoplasm is scanty and cell borders are ill-defined. This is a WHO grade 1 tumor. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Well-defined extra-axial mass in the right posterior fossa with broad tentorial attachment.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4.5x4x1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Posterior fossa extra-axial SOL, excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fibrous meningioma (WHO grade I). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
