<p class="ql-align-justify">Intact skin with a non-capsulated dermal lesion formed of nests of focally pigmented nevocellular cells that exhibit neural maturation in deeper parts of the lesion. No evidence of any junctional component or malignancy and excision of lesion appears complete.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">10-year history of a mass on the left upper eyelid margin.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue piece measured 0.5x0.4x0.3 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Left upper eyelid lesion, Excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Polypoid dermal nevus.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
