Total thyroidectomy received as two separate lobes with intact capsule: the first lobe measured 3 x 1.5 x 1 cm and showed a grey nodule measured 0.4 cm. The second lobe measured 2 x 1.5 x 1 cm and revealed one grey nodule measuring 0.9 x 0.8 cm on the cut section.
