Superficial material showing polypoid gastric mucosal lesion with complex branching villous and tubular architecture, lined by dysplastic columnar epithelium exhibiting nuclear stratification, hyperchromasia, and loss of polarity. Within the lesion, there are foci of intramucosal carcinoma characterized by crowded, irregular glands with marked cytologic atypia, luminal necrotic debris, and cribriform pattern. More invasive growth can not be assessed on such superficial material.
