Sections show skin with marked hyperkeratosis. The underlying dermis contains extensive, irregular, deeply basophilic, and fragmented deposits of amorphous material consistent with calcium, embedded within a dense fibrous stroma. No evidence of specific organism. No evidence of atypia or malignancy in submitted material.
