An exoendophytic skin lesion formed of groups of hyperkeratotic and acanthotic squamous epithelium with a central crater formation and a pushing rounded border. Dermis shows focal lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate in relation to border of lesion. Excision of lesion appears complete.
Hyperpigmentation in Lt cheek macule since 4 months, pt. complain multiple macules in the body and posterior neck. Previous biopsy elsewhere revealed squamous cell carcinoma.
Skin ellipse measuring 2.2 x 2 x 1 cm. It showed an ulcerated nodule measuring 1 x 1 cm, located 0.5 cm away from the superior margin, 0.5 cm away from the inferior margin, 0.7 cm away from the medial margin, and 0.7 cm away from the lateral margin
