Appendicular lumen is full of neutrophils that extend into wall in between the mucosal associated lymphoid tissue together with lymphocytes and plasma cells. Such infiltrate extends to periappendicular fat amounting at abscess formation and firbosis. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of appendicular tumors.
